As a Holistic Health Coach, I use my intuitive listening skills, and gentle, non-invasive personality, to guide you to meet your goals in a way that is realistic and FUN! My focus is on Mindful Eating and learning to love and accept your body, no matter what size.
Being healthy is not just about what we eat. I love to dig deep and talk about all areas of life--is stress keeping you from losing weight? Is your job keeping you from enjoying your life? Do you need to let go of a toxic relationship?
I believe that our bodies are intelligent and that we can heal ourselves if given the chance. Through asking the hard questions and allowing you to tap into your intuition, lasting change can happen. I work by phone, Skype or in person and offer 3 programs to suit your needs.

~ I think I need to do more positive affirmations and find better ways to deal with stress than just eat comfort foods. I also need to accept my imperfections.
