--It means that I coach women to find acceptance with their size and to love and respect their true, authentic self.
When we love our body, we desire to take care of it the best that we know how, giving ourselves grace and compassion along the way. That could mean adding in more whole, natural foods and exercising more, if that is your goal. Or it could mean learning to manage stress and our negative emotions so we can enjoy our role as mom and wife!
